Customer and job information automatically flowed from GoHighLevel into Cognito Forms through Zapier, allowing crews to complete pre-filled digital risk assessments directly from a tablet.

Once submitted, every completed assessment was automatically attached to the client's CRM record while simultaneously creating a secure backup inside Google Drive, removing manual filing entirely.

The completed solution transformed a slow, paper-based compliance process into a fully automated digital workflow.
