You’ll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and people operations while ensuring our team members have the support they need to thrive.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and offers.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Assist in developing and improving HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and employee feedback processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment practices.
- Partner with leadership to support team growth and workforce planning.
- Contribute to building a strong, collaborative, and inclusive company culture.
What You'll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience coordinating interviews and recruitment activities.
- Familiarity with HR systems, ATS platforms, or recruitment tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
