What You'll Do
- Assist in building and testing automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, and Make.
- Support the setup of automated notifications, lead nurturing sequences, and follow-up systems.
- Help integrate applications using APIs and webhooks.
- Participate in identifying opportunities to improve existing business processes through automation.
- Test workflows and troubleshoot basic automation issues.
- Document automation processes and implementation steps.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and operations teams on client projects.
- Research emerging AI and automation tools and share insights with the team.
- Assist in maintaining organised records of workflows and integrations.
- Learn best practices in workflow automation and system optimisation.
What You'll Bring
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree or diploma program.
- Strong interest in automation, AI, and business technology.
- Basic understanding of logical thinking and problem-solving.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or APIs is a plus but not required.
- Personal projects, university assignments, or experimentation with automation tools are highly encouraged.
