You’ll design and implement automations that connect tools, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and AI-powered workflows. What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end business automations.
- Develop workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, and other automation platforms.
- Integrate third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, and custom logic.
- Build AI-powered automations to streamline operations and customer interactions.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Create automated lead nurturing, follow-up, and notification systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimise existing workflows for performance and reliability.
- Document automation architectures and implementation processes.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging automation and AI technologies.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience building business automations.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
- Experience integrating CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical business applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and remote teams.
- Portfolio examples of previous automation projects are highly desirable.
