What You'll Do
- Manage multiple client projects from kickoff to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, designers, and automation specialists.
- Conduct regular check-ins and status updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.
- Ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive accountability and maintain high standards of execution.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or account coordination.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with remote teams is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, or automation projects is a plus.
