At Auxth, Abu Bakar works on AI-powered automation systems, CRM workflows, voice assistants, data capture, appointment booking, and integrations between different business tools. He has worked with GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, REST APIs, webhooks, and AI services to automate lead management, communication, invoicing, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
Alongside his professional work, Abu Bakar is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at Air University. His technical interests extend across LLMs, RAG, machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and AI automation. From building RAG chatbots to real-time AI voice agents, he focuses on turning what he learns into working systems.
For every repetitive or complex process, Abu Bakar looks for ways to make it smarter and more automated. His work combines AI models, APIs, backend systems, CRMs, and workflow automation to create practical end-to-end solutions. Whether it’s a RAG-based chatbot, an AI voice agent, or a CRM automation pipeline, his focus is on building systems that are reliable, useful, and scalable.
He started his AI journey by building machine learning and NLP projects, including recommendation systems, sentiment analysis, loan prediction, and conversational chatbots. Working with Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and NLP tools gave him a strong foundation in building and evaluating AI systems.
As his interests grew, he moved toward LLMs, RAG, vector databases, APIs, and automation. He began connecting AI models with real-world workflows using tools such as OpenAI, ChromaDB, Supabase, FastAPI, n8n, Twilio, and GoHighLevel. This progression shaped his approach: AI becomes most valuable when it can move beyond generating answers and actually perform useful work.
Abu Bakar has worked across AI engineering and business automation, building systems including RAG-based document assistants, persistent-memory chatbots, real-time outbound AI calling agents, CRM automation, lead nurturing workflows, appointment booking systems, and AI-powered communication tools.
His stack includes Python, FastAPI, OpenAI APIs, Groq, LangChain, LlamaIndex, ChromaDB, SentenceTransformers, Supabase, Twilio, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, REST APIs, and webhooks. His experience spans both AI development and the automation layer required to connect AI systems with real business operations.
